As we look back on 2023, we brought together DEI champions, thought leaders and executives to spearhead conversations and cultivate strategic solutions.
With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), the National Diversity Council is committed to creating psychological safety for diverse individuals, enhanced resources for organizations and bring together a forum for critical conversations on the DEIB landscape.
While celebrating our 15th anniversary, NDC has had a tremendous impact and:
- Hosted over 100 events and trainings focused on diverse communities
- Created #NDCVoices which provides free digital space for conversations surrounding the DEIB landscape
- Graduated 1,623 certified diversity professionals
- And our NDC Certification Program was named top eight best diversity & inclusion certifications
As one of the oldest national DEI organizations, we will continue to advance inclusive conversations, expand our reach and break barriers.
As we head into 2024, myself, along with the new leadership team, will lead NDC towards a bright future that enables us to continue supporting and strengthening the DEI space.
